Should business really move to cloud

This is a question that everyone is asking nowadays. Obviously there are some factors to consider money; efficiency, reliability, and ease of use now let's break these down.
Money is one of the major factors since making money is the reason you have a business and cloud services do save you money. Cloud services charge you a subscription fee or a one-time fee. You might think why would I pay a subscription fee when I can just buy software. First of all the subscription fees are very reasonable way less then buys a software/ product. Secondly the cloud services are kept up-to-date with the current market and you don't have to pay to extra to get new features, on top of that you won't even have to wait for a new release of the software.

Efficiency always makes a pleasant working environment. Cloud makes the communications between extremely fast. Everyone can work on the most up-to-date stuff simultaneously. It is also very efficient when it comes to maintenance. You don't need any hardware and IT staff to maintain the services.

Cloud is built on the main factor of reliability. Imagine being able to store unlimited amount of data without having to worry about hard drive failures and backups. Most cloud services store your data in multiple locations worldwide.
Most people find it easier to use the cloud apps rather than the traditional software. That's because it gives the feel of browsing through the web in comparison to software.  These apps require minimum setup and IT staff. Plus you can use them on multiple platforms without worrying about compatibility issues (i.e. PC, macOS, and tablets)
